“God is not one of us, because, then, we'd be gods ourselves and we wouldn’t need a God. “
“When I was 6, I asked my parents if God had a penis. They said that God is not male or female. God is spirit. Aren't spirits aliens?
“In his own words, God’s kingdom is not of this world. He is therefore an extra-terrestrial being not a terrestrial being.””
“I have a big problem with God. As a kid, I was taught to get down on my knees at bedtime, clasp my hands together and pray to an invisible being who had the power over life and death. He could send me to Heaven or hell depending on my behavior. One of the prayers I was forced to recite used to scare the hell out of me. It made me worry that I might die in my sleep.’Now I lay me down to sleep, I pray the lord my soul to keep. If I should die before I wake, I pray the lord, my soul to take.Amen’. As an adult, I now believe that all things (including our genetic engineers) are like the interconnected cells of a giant brain and each cell affects the health of every other cell. I have come to the conclusion that the physical dimension of space and time that we are now experiencing is a software program coded into our DNA and that reality is an educational playground, an illusion of the senses.”
“God is more along the lines of Godzilla - he lives inside mountains until he's good and ready to come out and kick butt.”
“He is but an energy, a positive energy which showcases itself when a person supplies his part of the hidden energy.”
“I don't believe in God, but I don't rule out the possibility that there is one.”
“God as a creator of Earth and all that nonsense, I think is bullshit. However, if God were an alien, then God may have messed with our DNA to evolve us, like Stitchen, Von Daniken and others believe”.
“I think God is just a guide for us all, most likely all in our head.”
“I do believe that there is a God, a Supreme Being, who is responsible for everything. We, and every other Alien Race are His creations. Every living creature (us included ) were given "free will" and is/are allowed to follow their own paths. I believe that the "great books" of every religion were originally compiled with basic truths but over the millennia have been corrupted and altered by Man-kind himself.”
“No, God isn’t an Alien - just alien to us today.”
“We are aliens dude. They came to earth and fucked the monkey's and silverbacks now we are here. Look at the Egyptians and every other trace from our past, where did they all go? They probably hitched a ride with the aliens and pissed off from this planet. They left pyramids behind to remind everyone who stayed that there was something or someone here and we must worship them (God) to be granted access to the heavens (home).
“As an athiest, I wouldn't choose to be enslaved for all eternity to an alien creature who has nearly destroyed my species. There is no basis to think that this alien exists.”
“I don't 'wonder' anymore. It's like that movie, Men in Black. We are small fragments of a wider (much wider) reality.”
“Genesis 1 explains exactly how God created everything in six days, including the heavens and the Earth. So if God created everything then how can he be an alien? He made the earth and all its lands, so He is not a foreigner or an extra-terrestrial. It is all His to begin with. One could hardly create something then be an "alien" to it.
“Well maybe God lied and he didn't really create everything. Then He is a liar and cannot be God. Any way you look at it, saying "God is an alien" is false. Either He isn't an alien or He isn't God.”
“In Genesis 6 and Psalm 82 of the Judeo-Christian Bible, we learn about the disobedient Sons of God. They are powerful celestial beings but not equal to the Creator God who created them. In Jude 6 and Revelation 12 we learn about their fate. It is ugly and final. They are mad and that anger is directed at God's creatures made in His image - mankind. Then in Genesis 6, they came down to Earth. This qualifies them as alien beings – but they did not create the Earth. They came to Earth in disobedience. This coming of god-like beings is noted in almost every culture. The Greeks describe a pantheon of gods who all behaved in a distinctly ungod-like manner. They were capricious, lying, cheating, raping, bitter, envious creatures. And this is who the Greeks (or Egyptians, Mayans, Aztecs, Romans, Babylonians, fill in the blank) worshipped. People worshipped them in the past and still do today.”
“One thing I have pondered is why we haven't seen God? Does he exist in another dimension? What laws of physics does he use to make himself invisible? The Judeo-Christian God is benevolent - well - sort of benevolent...when he isn't being wrathful. And yet much of nature's purposefulness seems downright cruel. Darwin suspected a non-standard Creator for studying Ichneumon wasps, whose paralyzing stings preserve its prey to be eaten alive by its larvae: "I cannot persuade myself," wrote Darwin, "that a beneficent and omnipotent God would have designedly created the Ichneumonidae with the express intention of their feeding within the living bodies of Caterpillars, or that a cat should play with mice."
"If Darwin had discovered that life was created by an intelligent agent - a bodiless mind that loves us, and will smite us with lightning if we dare say otherwise - people would have said "My gosh! That's God?” But instead Darwin discovered a strange alien God which you could have predicted, if you had really looked at Nature."
“Either the ancient civilizations were extremely advanced (and we've lost all their technology), or they had active imaginations. Yet the existence of advanced civilizations cannot be denied. Egypt appeared out of nowhere as an advanced, readymade civilization. Where did they come from anyways, and how was this sudden jump possible? Just about every culture, somewhere or the other, presents us with the same cave drawings, the same legends, the same flying Gods. Why? If it is indeed all lies, how did all of them come up with the same hair brained idea?”
“The Bible is a book full of contradictions. Go to the library or search online for these passages: In Genesis 1:26 - who is "our"? Why is God talking like a group? In Genesis 6:1-2 - Who are the sons of God? In Genesis 6:4 - mighty men known as the sons of God mated with humans. Just about all the ancient books describe these giants. In the Old Testament, Ezekiel describes in detail a visit by these Gods, and refers to fire from the vehicle, and gives a description of what we would see as an all-terrain vehicle. In Exodus 15:10 and Exodus 25:40, Noah was given the exact instructions and measurements for building the Ark, down to the inch. It was electrically charged - sparks and flashes were said to be there. The flood epic exists in just about every culture. Were the aliens perhaps breeding an intelligent race of humans and were attempting to destroy the experiments (Neanderthals) that they weren't satisfied with?”.
“Freud says God is our morality super ego or 'greater I'. It is that part of our conscious mind that controls our morality.”
“When will people get it. The persona which most people call god is just part of their own ego.God, this parental creator we so long to know appears to be largely uninterested in our affairs. We have to grow up, make our own way, learn our own lessons ....hmmm... which is possibly what our Divine Mother/Father wants.”
