Angels Don't Play This Haarp

I have been following HAARP for over a decade - but had no actual documentation in hand - only an interview with a scientist, a reporter, a whistleblower, an article, etc. - but enough to connect the dots of sudden climate and weather chaos around the globe.

When I tried to draw attention to the inevitability that the CO2 Climate Change and Global Warming Theory was really a diversionary tactic to cover what HAARP was actually doing (Using Weather/Climate" - as a weapon of warfare), the response was ridicule. The media was definitely not interested in investigating.

Jesse Venture's interview with Dr. Begich in parts 5 and 6 vindicates all suspicions and MORE, especially in the areas of Weather Manipulation and Mind-Control.  

 

The now exposed CO2 Climate-Change Scam is not just a Scandal and a Hoax  -  it was cleverly designed to take the whole planet down a rabbit hole and divert attention away from HAARP. It provided the gullible with an alternate explanation for the climate/weather chaos of the past 10 years. It took HAARP off the hook.  

 

Chemtrails that lace our skies overhead are an integral part of the HAARP Projects. Observers will note that the climate chaos took a dramatic turn for the worse when the chemtrails started approx. ten years ago and when HAARP activity was intensified at the same time.  Of course, there are now many HAARP-like installations all over the planet.  The concocted CO2 pseudoscience has allowed HAARP to operate with uninvestigated impunity.

There is a documented agreement signed between the USA and Russia several decades ago, that clearly states that they would cooperate in melting the Arctic Polar Icecap to secure a navigable passage for oil exploration, retrieval and transportation.To ignore HAARP is to ignore the present day manipulation-machine capable of governing and destroying our reality!
